I’m trying to understand a specific TA setup on the XBI. On the daily chart, it looks like a golden cross is about to happen between the MA50 and the MA200. My dilemma however is that the MA20 hasn’t crossed the MA200 yet and they’re all in a downtrend at the moment. Would it be possible for the 50 to cross the 200 then? To me it looks like it’s either there’s something big that will happen to drive the MA20 up quickly, or the MA50 would need to diverge away from the MA200 again without crossing it. I know that golden crosses may not mean much but I’m trying to learn and could really use some guidance. Thanks.
