Unfortunately, after postponing the organization of SymfonyCon Disneyland Paris 2020 to 2021, we are very sorry to announce that we are canceling the international Symfony conference scheduled next December 2-3rd 2021.
As the entire world is still not yet recovering from the COVID-19 situation and some countries are still strongly facing this pandemic due to the rising of COVID variants from all over the world, we unfortunately took this time the very hard decision to cancel SymfonyCon Disneyland Paris 2021. We thought about it a lot but we have no other choice than canceling the conference. As it is an international conference, due also to the current travel restrictions across Europe and the rest of the world, it’s not possible to guarantee that everyone can attend the event and it is too uncertain to know if borders control and travel restrictions will be back to normal by the end of the year. It’s with great sadness but for necessary precautions that we decided not to wait any longer to cancel the conference.
If you purchased a conference, a workshop, or a combo ticket for the SymfonyCon Disneyland Paris 2020 or 2021, we granted you a credit balance corresponding to the amount you paid for them. Your credit balance will be automatically applied to any purchases you might make in the future:
To register to official Symfony conference (online or offline), workshop, or combo ticket, swag included. To take the online Symfony certification exam. Once the certification voucher is bought, you still have a year to take the online exam. To pay your subscriptions to SymfonyCloud. To fund Symfony's future!
To check your credit status, you should go to your Symfony Account > Invoices page. If you book a ticket using the guest mode, you'll need to create a Symfony account using the same email address as the one used to book the ticket. Alternatively, if you already have a Symfony account, you'll need to link this email address to it. (In both cases, you'll have to click on the validation link that we'll send to this email.)
We are very sad not to meet you physically this year again, and hope for a very brighter future where we can meet again in real life!
We remain at your disposal for any questions you may have, contact us via our Support.
Stay safe and continue to follow the sanitary rules!
