Raspberry Pi's new PoE+ Injector supports all generations of PoE HATs

Raspberry Pi's new $25 PoE+ Injector bring power over Ethernet for the Raspberry Pi 3B+ and 4 via existing PoE HATs. The Raspberry Pi has to wait for the PoE+ HAT+ which has been in development since late 2023.
