SymfonyCon Disneyland Paris 2022: All you need to know about your accommodation!

As SymfonyCon Disneyland Paris 2022 approaches, which will take place from November 15 to 16 at the Disney's Newport Bay Club and from November 17 to 18 at the Disney's Hotel New York - Art of Marvel, we answer the questions you might have about your housing:

• 1) How to book my room at a negotiated rate?

• 2) Is it possible to extend my reservation to dates before and after SymfonyCon?

Yes, of course! You can even take advantage of preferential rates and book tickets for any Disneyland Paris theme park with your hotel room at a negotiated rate too. Please note, check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m.

• 3) Can I book family rooms?

All standard rooms can accommodate up to 4 people (2 double beds) so feel free to come with your family!

• 4) When to make my reservation?

The sooner the better! Book now to take advantage of the large choice of hotels and room types.

Important information: starting from October 25th 2022, the preferential rate will no longer apply and the rooms reservations will be accepted subject to availability only.

Online booking will close after November 09, 2022.

• 5) What are the conditions for changes and cancellation?

To obtain total or partial reimbursement of your reservation, the « Reimbursement Request » form should be duly completed and signed by the person who paid the initial reservation and returned to ROOMS RESERVATIONS Department (lp.dbs.rooms.reservation@disney.com)

Request for reimbursement is valid only in the event of total or partial cancellation of your reservation more than 7 days prior to the SymfonyCon starting date i.e. November 08, 2022
