RDNA 4's Unreal Engine 4 ray-tracing stutters may not be AMD-specific

A YouTuber has discovered that AMD's RDNA 4 ray-tracing stutter problems in Unreal Engine 4 games goes deeper than expected. Intel Arc GPUs also suffer from the same stuttering problems, suggesting it is an engine issue rather than a driver problem.
