AMD announces RX 9070 event on February 28, shoots down rumors of 32GB model

AMD says that it will not launch a 32GB version of the RX 9070 XT GPU, but that it will have an RX 9070 event on February 28. It sounds as though both the vanilla and XT cards will launch concurrently.
