Intel "Xe4" and AMD "GFX13" codenames surface for next-gen 'Druid' GPUs

Patch notes and commits have revealed Xe4 (Druid) and GFX13 (successor to RDNA 4) as the internal codenames for upcoming GPU products from Intel and AMD.
