It has became almost a tradition that, as the year comes to an end, we are inviting some people to join the Symfony core team. Adding more people to the core team is not a scientific decision. It's more about looking for active contributors who have a significant impact on the Symfony project, contribute to improve the Symfony ecosystem as a whole, and are willing to commit some time to help grpw the project in the next few years. For the 2021 batch, I'm very pleased and excited to welcome 4 new members: Thomas Calvet, Mathieu Santostefano, Kevin Bond, and Jérôme Tamarelle. I'd like to thank Samuel Roze and Jakub Zalas who won't have time to contribute to Symfony in the near future and decided to step back. We wish them all the best for their future projects. Please join me in welcoming the new core team members!
