Most of the big market moves for the last several years can be examined in hindsight, and you can see they were pretty obviously telegraphed.
Examples... Nvidia low $100's when AI hype was just starting to build. Netflix $160 when hype about their ad tier pivot commenced. Treasuries, early 2022 on furious rate hike demand/spec. Energy, on Russia's launching another terrorist invasion campaign. Cryp+o demise. Banks, late 2022 on panic in European and other outlier institutions. FB first admitting metaverse was silly and backburnering it.
I'm guilty of sometimes looking at these early narratives and finding them perhaps too obvious, and then being too cautious or contrarian.
So what is your current narrative that we'll be looking back at, that sector or stock that's about to do 80% over 6 months and we'll be slapping ourselves saying "of course we should have seen that, it was obvious"
