I am looking at the balance sheet of BLDR and actually it looks impressive to me.
Quite simple business, construction, high quality materials and installation services, windows, doors etc...
Their EPS keeps growing year after year and its revenue is steadily going up.
Appears to be a well-managed company with a strong financial position and impressive profitability ratios. BLDR has a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 8.4, which is lower than the industry average of 11.1.
profitability ratios are also quite impressive. BLDR's gross profit margin is 27.8%, and its operating profit margin is 11.5%. Furthermore, the company has a return on equity (ROE) of 48.2%, indicating that it generates substantial profits from the funds invested by shareholders.
I am missing something here or it is a buy buy?. Somebody better informed than me to see if I am missing something that can drop a comment here?.
