Taking profits from investments

So I have few stocks that have gone up significantly since I invested in them in 2022. Anyway where between 30- 60% (in $ amount its maybe 17k in profit across these stocks)

Now I am trying to figure what the right strategy is to take the profits out. I dont need the cash and I am in CA so taxes. 😒

But what I am concerned about is what is the strategy here? Do you “take” the profits out when its a certain % or just leave it and forget it. I did that latter part with other stock account I had and after few years lost all the profit and some principal too.

Appreciate any advice.

Edit: snapshot of my portfolio esp stocks with nearly 20% gains. I have lots more with loss too that I want to add to. But for these I am not sure if I should take the profit out or just cont with DCA. When I had the money I added to meta, uber, Meli and Airbnb.

MRK 25.161 (17.84%)

ABNB 52 (19.51%)

UBER 102 (22.45%)

NELX 16 (43.22%)

MELI 17 (43.45%)

META 101 (49.97%)

NVDA 30.008 (63.18%)
