48 year old with almost zero market experience and ~3.5M net worth (mostly liquid)..

Asking for a friend… 48 year old married with 2 almost adult kids (almost out of college) who has made most of his money just working and saving (and some real estate investments by flipping 5 homes after the GFC in the foreclosure market).

Been waiting for the right op but kept missing (stupid coz always waited to time for the market bottom) is now looking for a good entry. Understand the DCA and want to know what would be your choice and breakdowns to get in big on the down days going forward.

Been doing the treasury bills ladder for last several months and majority is parked in FZDXX at around 4.66%.

Stable jobs that bring in around $500k and no debt.

Appreciate any advice or please roast my friend.
