Changing my portfolio

Hi everyone I'm 23 years old and I just got my first job so I want to start investing in the stock market. I'm not from the US so I need to open an account with my bank (which has a brokerage firm). My problem is that they charge 0.25% per $10,000 or $25 minimum per transaction.. on the surface this may not seem much but I'm planning to DCA into 3 ETFs monthly, so I'll end up paying $900 in txn fees alone per year which seems excessive. This is also 2.5% of what I'm planning to invest per year. I don't want this to eat away at my profits as I also have to pay 30% in taxes on dividend returns. The original plan was 33% VOO, 33% SCHD and 33% QQQ. If you had to choose 1 ETF only that would give a yearly return of ~10%, which would it be? That would reduce my txn fees to $300 per year while investing the same amount. Also switching to another broker with lower transaction fees isn't an option as they are all the same in my country and IB/TD Ameritrade won't let me sign up.
