Hey folks,
I have a question, I have watched the Ferrari (RACE) stock for close to two years and at a minimum it hovers at a minimum 40 PE. It is currently at $270 USD which is a 50 PE. It’s dividend yield is tiny.
Why would anyone invest in a company like this when there are other strong brands with PEs in the 20s and 30s.
As an investor I want my money back over time, which investors are investing in a company like Ferrari and for what reason? It wouldn’t be classed as a growth stock overall either though the last few years have been interesting for it.
Interested to hear thoughts.
