CLNV legit or no?

Sorry if this is not right sub to discuss this. I've recently dabbled into stock investments aside from my 401k. Currenty have an account through robo investing and another one on my own (mix bag of large to small sized caps, bonds, individual stocks, index funds and whatnot).

I came across this company called Clear Vision Corp (CLNV) after reading about penny stocks. They are valued at $0.0518 as i write this. I know the risks involved in OTC stocks. I only plan on putting enough money that i can afford to lose anyway. I have been researching about this compant and i still cant get a sense if they are legit or not. On paper, I am aligned with the company's supposed business (clean/renewable energy). They have detailed million dollar funding and acquisitons which sounds promising

But there are some signs that is preventing me from taking the risk. Company's executive's profile on the website is super vague. Their website and videos seem to be of low quality production. They also claimed they hired a company to evaluate their stock value as they feel its being manipulated by naked shorts. Two months in, there is still no clear update on this.

Thoughts?
