I have some ORCL stocks available that have gotten around 25k capital gains since acquiring them. I've held them as long term and debating if I should sell them now or wait a bit. If I sell them now, I can pay off my home and be completely debt free. I wanted to know, how do you determine if its the best time to sell? I also don't want to end up selling, only for the price to increase to like $110-$120 in the coming months. Would appreciate any insight.
