S&P 500? Which one exactly?

Hello. I have a question about etf funds mainly. I’m beginner here. After years in cryptocurrencies, I decided to regularly also invest a certain amount in a few stocks and mainly etfs. I would like to invest in the S&P 500 and I have already bought a few shares on the Trading 212 platform, but I am a bit confused as to whether I bought the “right” or the “real”S&P500. I am used to the fact that there is only one Bitcoin, and the same specific BTC is bought on all exchanges. I have now bought the Vanguard S&P 500 (Dist) in pounds, but I have also seen several other different S&P500 funds, Dutch exchange, American, German, English, dist, acc ... and I’m little confused in it, what exactly to buy when I want to just buy the original S&P 500 I've been hearing about for years.

Also, if you have any tips and recommendations for me about any etf, feel free to recommend it to me. Thank you.
