tl:dr - I'm seeking anecdotes from your history/exposure to the stock market.
Being on this subreddit for a few months now has exposed me to a vast amount of experiences that others have had on the market. Experiences that are both inspiring and insightful. For those who don't mind sharing, what are some of the stories/anecdotes that you can share of your experiences at the stock market ... good or bad ... some that made the news cycle and some that did not ... something that others can learn from or simply enjoy a good read of, over the weekend et al.
I know this might not strictly be a question on stocks and if this is not the place, kindly let me know and I will respectfully take down the post.
