I’m 23, make 26-30k a year (Do freelance on the side so it jumps depending on work).

I don’t have a preset amount I want to invest, instead I want to invest incrementally, percentage of each pay check. I don’t plan on taking the money out any time soon.
I am based in Ireland, and wondering what kind of platform would suit me best for what I’m trying to do?
Thank you in advance for any advice.
