I have a small Roth IRA account and a Roth 401k. I’m hoping to leave my current job this year and roll my Roth 401k into my Roth IRA. I’m trying to figure out if it’s really that bad of an idea to use my Roth IRA for riskier investments (riskier as in individual stocks instead of ETFs). Of course I’ve seen other people here on Reddit get ten baggers in their Roth accounts but I know I can’t bank on that. So, what are your opinions on using Roth IRAs for high risk investments?
