If you’re in the market for a powerful everyday Chromebook, you’ve come to the right place. Best Buy’s currently selling the Asus 2-in-1 Chromebook for just $399 for Cyber Monday, which is a savings of $250. Not only does this machine sport impressive hardware, but it also comes with a touchscreen.
Personally, I love Chromebooks because they typically have great battery life and and are largely virus-free. They’re also designed for everyday tasks, which is exactly what I need during the work day.
The Asus 2-in-1 Chromebook has an Intel Core i3-1215U CPU, Intel UHD Graphics 630, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of SSD storage. That’s plenty of juice for checking e-mail, browsing social media, watching YouTube, and so on — this much hardware firepower should blow through virtually all Chromebook-capable tasks with ease. The 16-inch display has a pixel-packed resolution of 2930×1200 and is touch-enabled. You can also swing the screen around 360 degrees and use it like a tablet. Versatility is the way to go, for sure.
