We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel who will be part of our Legal Shared Services team and will be based either in Scandicci or Milan.

Job Description

Your opportunity

The candidate will be integrated in the legal team which provides legal support to various Kering Houses on a variety of legal matters in the fields of commercial law and intellectual property law.

How you will contribute

• Providing legal assistance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial agreements (including, among others, distribution, agency and consignment agreements), as well as marketing agreements
• Providing legal assistance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of IP agreements (including, among others, assignment and licenses of IP rights), managing IP portfolio (including, among others, filing trademarks and monitoring oppositions) and conducting IP clearance activities
• Providing legal assistance on day-to-day advice in relation to commercial and intellectual property law

Who you are

• You are a law graduate, with a former experience in a similar role
• You pay attention to detail confidentiality
• You are a flexible team worker, with proactive approach and willingness to learn
• You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point are a must)
• You are available to frequently travel
• You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Fluency in French is a plus
