Business Administrator (Full Time)
Job Objective: Easttown Library is seeking a dedicated Business Administrator to conduct its
business, financial, and building operations. This is a newly created position due to the expanding role
of the library in its community.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience in bookkeeping and payroll required
- Knowledge of record management procedures and techniques
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills; proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks
- Flexibility and teamwork are critical to this position
- Prioritizes responsibilities effectively
Reports to: Library Director
Job Hours: 35 hours per week

1. Bookkeeping
1. Payroll
2. Financial management
3. Manages the Foundation’s finances
4. Building management
5. Manages the library’s passport acceptance service
6. And other duties
Starting Wage: $40,000; 25 days of paid time off per year; health and dental care; pension plan.
Available immediately.
