Dog chip scanner app, scan a dog and quickly find the contact details of the owner. I remember finding a stray dog at night and then looking for a veterinarian that was open to scan the dog. They were all closed and we had to wait till the next day. Fortunately she did have a chip and the owners were contacted. Imagine I could have skipped all that hassle with an app….someone build it NOW!!
