SymfonyCon Disneyland Paris 2022: All you need to know about transportation!

SymfonyCon Disneyland Paris 2022

SymfonyCon Disneyland Paris 2022 is around the corner! The conference will start in less than 2 months from November 15 to 16 at the Disney's Newport Bay Club for the workshops and from November 17 to 18 at the Disney's Hotel New York - Art of Marvel for the main conference!

Have you already booked your transportation? Do you know how to get here?

1) By plane

There are 2 international airports in Paris: Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly (ORY)

Once landed in Paris, you can reach the SymfonyCon Disneyland Paris 2022:

  • With a taxi

To ensure a safe journey at a guaranteed price, we recommend that you always take an official cab outside our terminals. Only cabs located at the gateway to the arrivals levels are authorized to pick up customers. Follow "TAXI" signs. These official cabs can be recognized by the lighted sign on the roof of the vehicle. If you are approached outside the baggage claim area by persons claiming to be cabs, we invite you to decline any offer of transportation.

From both airports it costs around 70€ - 100€.

  • With a shuttle

"The Magical Shuttle service" offers hassle-free frequent transfers from the Paris airports to Disney Hotels (except Disney Davy Crockett Ranch) and back again! It takes approximatively 60 minutes depending on traffic and drop off). A specialist transfer vehicle is also available upon prior reservation for Guest with reduced mobility.

Prepare your arrival by booking the shuttle service (minimum 2 days in advance) on magicalshuttle.co.uk!

From both airports it costs 23€ / adult.

  • With public transportation - have a look on the dedicated item below.

2) By train

The Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy train station is one of the most important hubs in France. It is situated just a 10-minutes walk from the station to the Conference center.

More train stations are located in Paris. Eurostar and Thalys serve Gare du Nord train station very frequently.

Once arrived at the station, you either take a cab or use public transport (see dedicated item below). Taxi picked up are in front of the stations. You are warned to never take a taxi from anyone who approaches you in the stations. Official cabs can be recognized by the lighted sign on the roof of the vehicle.

From Paris it costs 60-70€.

3) By car

  • Disney Hotel New York adress: Av. René Goscinny, 77700 Chessy. Latitude (N) : 48.87165 - Longitude (E) : 2.78606
  • Disney Newport Bay Club address: Av. Robert Schuman, 77700 Coupvray. Latitude (N) : 48.86505 - Longitude (E) : 2.79095

Visitor Parking for guests not staying in the Disney Hotels is available a few minutes' walk. The visitor parking is paying but we can send you by email a counter mark with a discount.

3) By public transportations

For those travelling from or via Paris, you can use the "RER A" express train (red logo) until "Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy" station. Ticket costs 5€/person from Paris.
