I'm 18 and looking to create a solid long-term investment portfolio. Right now, I'm considering buying ~50 shares and putting about half of my net worth into AAPL. But since it has recently reached an all-time high of $189 -- I wanted to get your thoughts on whether this would be a good long-term investment or if it might be wiser to hold off buying for a few weeks. I'm still learning the ropes here, but I really believe in Apple as a company and use their products every day. For the other half, I've invested in the S&P 500, Cloudflare and some Fixed Deposits, so I'm open to taking on a little bit of risk. Would appreciate any insights you can share!
