[GER][BIZ][12] Looking for Co-Founder for Logistics Service with Customers.

Hello Reddit community, I'm Moritz, and I believe I've stumbled upon something big with my latest project. I want to share my journey and invite potential co-founders to join me on this exciting venture.

The Genesis of RoboReimburse

In the beginning, I had two co-founders, but as fate would have it, one left after 5 months, and the other departed after 7 months to return to their previous job. Now, this project is entirely mine, and to my surprise, it's showing remarkable potential!

What I Need

I'm currently looking for two co-founders:

1. A technical co-founder who speaks English fluently.
2. A third co-founder with a strong background in B2B Sales, preferably a German speaker, as our initial target market is Germany.

My Skills and Background

My main skills are communication and creative problem-solving. I also possess a diverse set of skills, including process visualization, team management, pitching, collaboration with developers, and marketing. I started my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 15 and gained 12 years of experience. At one point, I successfully grew my bootstrapped business to around 1.5 million euros in revenue with a team of four full-time employees. My achievements even earned me an invitation to a conference hosted by Princeton University, and in 2018, I sold my business.

The Business Case

My venture was born from interviews with online shop CEOs. It's a software solution that streamlines the reimbursement process for lost and damaged parcels, specifically targeting logistics corporations like DHL, DPD, and Hermes in Germany. I aim to automate and simplify this often cumbersome process.

My Progress

I've made substantial progress so far:

• Secured one online shop as a customer.

• A larger online shop is showing strong interest in becoming a customer.

• A fulfillment service, responsible for 20,000 daily shipments, wants to become my customer and create a „strategic partnership“.

From these three businesses alone, I see a potential monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of €1,500. However, this is just the beginning, and the potential for growth is substantial.

Current Status

My former tech co-founder developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that integrates with Shopify and DHL. Unfortunately the Shopify extension currently only works with dev shops, as it hasn't been approved yet by Shopify. Additionally, our prospective customers have requested additional features and adjustments to suit their needs. The idea is to cut a deal. Example: We develop the requested features, and they sign a three year contract.

Recent Milestones

I recently had the opportunity to pitch in front of a panel, which resulted in our acceptance into an incubator program in Germany plus I would call the two new potential customers also a milestone.

What I'm Looking For

I'm seeking co-founders who share my vision and passion for disrupting the logistics and e-commerce space.

Here's what I need:

1. Technical Co-Founder: If you're skilled in technology and development, especially with an understanding of integrations and automation, I want to hear from you. Fluency in English is a must.
2. Sales and Business Development Co-Founder: I'm specifically looking for someone with a strong background in B2B Sales, ideally a German speaker, as I'm initially targeting the German market.

Tech Stack

As for the tech stack, it's: PHP back-end (Laravel framework) and MySQL with a React/TypeScript front-end (via Inertia). For CSS, we're using Tailwind, and it's all hosted on Hetzner, managed by Laravel Forge. The scrapers are all written in TypeScript (using Playwright).

The previous developer has graciously committed to bringing the new technical team member up to date.

My Vision for the Future

Our mission is to revolutionize the logistics and e-commerce industries by simplifying and automating the reimbursement process. I envision RoboReimburse as a leading player in this space, providing exceptional value to businesses globally.

In the next 3-5 years, I plan to:

• Expand our solution to target bigger players.

• Continuously enhance our technology for greater efficiency and user-friendliness.

• Establish RoboReimburse as a trusted partner for businesses seeking to streamline their operations and improve customer experiences.
