Czech jazz singer Jana Koubková and Hradec Kralove Philharmonic – " The Appeal of Concience"

Vladimír Wimmer: The Appel of Conscience . The music feature project „The Appeal of Conscience“ touches on the significance of the sense of human life and its aspirations. It calls for the return to the basic ethical and philosophical values. It is an suppliance: Libera nos, Domine. In this respect the meaning of the entire project is universal and timeless. For many years I have been appreciating the outstanding vocal expression of a Czech jazz singer Jana Koubková. Her abilities to improvise have inspired me for writing a composition in which this kind of vocal improvisation could come into its own. The Appel of Concience consists of four compositions: 1.Everyone has his turn… (15:21), Money or Life ( 16:58), The Appeal ! ( 9:59), The Age of Aquarius ( 30:32).
