Building portfolio and increasing standing questions

Hey guys, just getting back into the stock game and taking it a bit more seriously this time. I’m trying to start by building a diverse portfolio, but how do I know when to increase my standing? Is it as simple as when the price dips??

Can someone explain what happened to TLRY and their announcement of $150 million in senior notes?

I have about 800 shares of TLRY. my cost basis is around $8. I've been slowly buying more and more to average my cost basis down to where I can hopefully unload it one day. The stock plummeted 50 cents today because they announced senior note offerings of $150 million. None of things I've read really puts it in leyman terms and I am super confused. Is TLRY in trouble? Should I be scared?

Question for experienced traders

I wanted to ask about these things.

How hard was it to aquire and retain knowledge about the stock market?.

How hard was it to get the where you are now, and where are you now.

And last how hard is day trading in general if you do trades for a living.

Am I correct in saying auto manufactures Ford, General Motors and Toyota are a [strong] buy?

I know to be aware of the price anchoring, the analysts calls that are seldom right and to not just go with what a quick gut check tells me. Purely looking at PE and forward PE, along with all chips finally beginning to be put in vehicles (for those unaware many new vehicles the past 6-18 months only had some chips in them so if you bought a new vehicle good chance your heated seats did not work because the not needed competent chips we

Insider Buying Sites for UK companies

I'm looking for a site that would let me see insider buying or selling for UK companies, similar to what Open Insider does for US companies. Open insider lets you see executive trades and trades by large holders.

This is openinsider: http://openinsider.com

Why do r/stocks mods delete posts that dont break rules, then permanently ban the discussion and mute people for asking why?

I posted this image, which the Mods here were offended by:

Is a direct reply to a stock discussion, so is on topic. It was the top most upvoted reply. But I offended a religious mod...

Then when it was shadow deleted (no warning sent to me saying I broke a rule, nothing.... just shadow deleted over night in the hopes I wouldnt notice.)

PayPal, hold or sell

PayPal might be my worst investment ever. I’m investing long term, not trading daily or even weekly. I generally buy and hold. That being said, PayPal is frustrating to say the least. It’s down 53% since I bought it. And it keeps going down, now hitting 52 week lows again. My question is, should I hold and pray that it goes up eventually, even if it’s a few years from now? Or sell and take the loss?

What is the difference between NVDA and 3NVD.AS?

When I compare the two graphs, they look quite different:

https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/3NVD.AS/

NVDA and 3NVD.AS both had their peak in November 2021, and then took a dive. But where NVDA has currently reached the same heights as in November 2021 (and beyond), the gr

Intel the next NVDA? Should I invest in Intel or not?

I want to know your opinion about investing in Intel. Why should I/shouldn't invest in intel. One thing that is exciting for me is that Intel has started making GPUs that compete with Nvidias mid range GPUs for about a year now. I want to hear both negative and positive opinions about intel.

Is it time for Micron puts

I have been looking for a play recently since I’m flush with cash after selling a few plays. I’ve been better at being patient and was really close to buying micron puts at close yesterday. This morning I almost had didn’t buy it remorse when I saw Lenevo has instructed internal buyers and sub tiers to stop using micron memory. The stock instantly dropped 2% and I thought I missed my chance (also trying to not chase plays). But now it’s back to positive territor
