Anyone have any insight into the big jump of 12% today in price? Can’t seem to find any news as to why this happened today. Buffet sold his share, growing pressure from china. All seems to be heading towards lower valuation. What’s happened today?
Hello everyone. Looking to get in on what I hope will be an upcoming tsunami for weight loss drugs like Wegovy and Mounjaro.
Here's the the deal.
Novo Nordisk is priced at $162.5 and a div of 1.47% (roughly $2.38 yearly).
Eli Lilly is priced at $427.10 and a div of 1.06% (roughly $4.52 yearly).
Both are solid and in not worried about them that much. I can get $6.26 div on the Novo from the same cost of Eli, more than 2.5 times.

I’ve been offered a new role at a company that is set to be acquired for a considerable sum. The proposal is currently under competition investigation in the EU and UK , so as I understand, the deal isn’t done yet.
If I join with $140k of stock options, will there still be time to vest before the deal is done, or are options frozen at the point of proposal? And what happens after acquisition (assuming the corporate entities remain separate)?
