How quick are rates on "brokered" CDs after Fed rate changes?

I hope this post is allowed here. It is about brokered CDs which one can only buy through a brokerage account, so I assume people dealing with stocks would be familiar with them as I have used them to manage the cash portion of many brokerage accounts.

Young investor looking for riskier diversification.

Im early 20’s and have no debt. I understand that having a longer time horizon it’s suggested to be more in stocks and gradually rotate into bonds as you get older. However, the usual suggestions is just go s&p500. However I feel as though I am in a comfortable position to add more risk.

My thinking is that the s&p is a little to diversified for my liking. Id like a portfolio that is diversified, but with less holdings than the s&p. Maybe aro

AMD shares jump over 6% following collaboration with Microsoft on new AI chip codenamed "Athena"

AMD shares jumped 9% after reports emerged that Microsoft is collaborating with the chipmaker on a new artificial intelligence processor. The new AI chip, codenamed Athena, will be able to train models and make inferences on new data. Microsoft is also reportedly providing financial support for the initiative.
