Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 1099 Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Business Development Cofounder, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with businesses looking to keep their properties pes-free.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect, identify, and reach out to potential clients who can benefit from Diagno’s extermination services.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and target audience demographics.

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth objectives.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through various lead-generation methods.

- Design service offerings tailored to fit different segments of our communities, starting with residents to property managers.

- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Diagno’s services.

- Understand clients' unique business needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their pest control requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers and creative teams, to develop customized proposals and pricing packages for clients.

- Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for Diagno and the client.

- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the management team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing or social media industry. (Preferred)

- Strong understanding of business relationship management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate solutions in a compelling manner.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage contacts, and report on sales activities.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.

Note: This is a 1099 (independent contractor) position, and the Business Development Manager will work independently, collaborating with the Diagno team virtually and/or in person. Compensation is 100% tiered-commission based plus a vested equity of the company.
