Is this an edge???

I recently learned an interesting fact that casinos have a built-in statistical advantage called "House Edge" that ensures gaurenteed profits in the long term.

I was wondering suppose you adopt a strategy with a 60% success rate and trade based on it at a risk-to-reward ratio of 1/1.5, can you expect to make a guaranteed profit after a series of trades? Do you think this strategy gives an edge in the market? Would love to hear your thoughts on

Banks, when is it safe to buy in?

Obviously bank stocks are down due to the uncertainty surrounding their solvency and what not, what is the indicator that we can buy back in? I’m not worried about BAC or JPM but their dividends suck compared smaller regional banks, there’s a reason for that I’m sure, but regional banks have dropped considerably more than the big guys, and so I see a much greater upside to the small regional banks. I’m no Michael Burry, but what would an all clear look like?
