I've been looking into $CP but can't find much information about it's tax implications after the merger with the American railway company, Kansas City. Since it has an HQ in both Canada and America (and listed in both New York and Toronto Stock Exchange), does this mean the dividends I receive (as an American) will be taxed/withhold for Canada?
More generally, is $CP considered a foreign (Canadian) stock, or American after the merger with Kan
Return On Capital Employed (ROCE): What Is It?
If you haven't worked with ROCE before, it measures the 'return' (pre-tax profit) a company generates from capital employed in its business. Analysts use this formula to calculate it for Graphic Packaging Holding:

I’ll try and put it plainly, and hope you can help answer my question!
So I was gifted some stock a couple years ago. At the time, worth quite a bit, of money. Started as a penny stock. Even getting as high as life changing, unfortunately things happen, couldn’t get a broker to help me sel it, and I didn’t have the finances to go through all the legal procedures to get it to be sellable. And I’m in a better place financially to get a broker for it, but it

Let's say you had a large institutional investor using a VWAP/TWAP/Iceberg method to sell a large block of Shares, how much of the daily volume would they be looking to sell?
I do not really understand the people who say a car manufacturer like even ford are going to get ahead suddenly in EVs. Tesla is about to be larger than BMW within a year and have possibly the top selling vehicle in the world. They have stated they have no plans to stop expanding to keep margins up and can cut prices to gain overall market share. The evidence so far is that they are right.

And earning is going up atleast 12% for next few years. If Vis
