This is purely my own speculation, but I with everything happening with bank runs, inflation, and mortgage rates rising that the real estate sector is going to take a hit. So, wanting to try to get ahead of the curve, I have been poking around trying to find a good list of real-estate stocks on the US market but haven't found anything really concrete. I’ve been holding ATT in my retirement for a while now with an average cost of $20. It really hasn’t moved much in the years I’ve held it. I’m thinking of selling it to put the money into something more growth oriented.
While I don’t see the company going anywhere, it’s saddled with insane debt and seems to be trading sideways for the last 5 years.

- Is this similar or exactly the same to the one in 2008?
- Do we anticipate more potential banks to follow suit in the upcoming months?
