I have recently started working in tech and I discovered recently that there's employee stock purchase plan which gives discount for the company stock so I can buy it at a discount of 15%.

What it looks like from my point of view it's a no brainer free money I can't believe i have not heard of it earlier.

Are these programs usually like that? is there something I am overlooking and not aware of which might ruin it?
