Saudi Arabia and OPEC+ Makes Surprise 1 Million-Barrel Oil Production Cut

DUBAI, April 2 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia and other OPEC+ oil producers on Sunday announced voluntary cuts to their production amounting to around 1.15 million barrels per day in a surprise move they said was aimed at supporting market stability.

The group had been largely expected to stick to its already agreed 2 million bpd cuts when its ministerial panel, which includes Saudi Arabia and Russia, meets virtually on Monday.

Last October, OPEC+, which

Asking in a different way. Other post was “Shouldn’t everyone’s goal to be to put in as much as possible, as soon as possible”?

It should be common sense if you’re working to max out your Roth IRA and tax advantaged accounts, because why not?

Just curious why that is always at the top of the list

“Time in the market beats timing the market”, it’s also widely known lump sum is a better way to go than DCA

Sorry for the massive confusion and the hilarity in the comments from my other post

Ok, here’s what I was meaning. If time is so important when it comes to

Does anyone have experience with Neely River Trading? (NRT) What’s your opinion on it?

I’m talking about the trading software developed by Glenn Neely from NeoWave.

He also wrote the book Mastering Elliott Wave Theory.

Is this software / strategy good for day trading? Forex? What accuracy does it give you? And is there anything you don’t like about it?

Changing my portfolio

Hi everyone I'm 23 years old and I just got my first job so I want to start investing in the stock market. I'm not from the US so I need to open an account with my bank (which has a brokerage firm). My problem is that they charge 0.25% per $10,000 or $25 minimum per transaction.. on the surface this may not seem much but I'm planning to DCA into 3 ETFs monthly, so I'll end up paying $900 in txn fees alone per year which seems excessive. This is a

Hyperinflation effect on stocks

Would hyperinflation cause stock prices to increase proportionally? Cash is trash during inflation, but is storing cash in stocks a better alternative? I get that in true hyperinflation we are all screwed, but bad inflation stocks good or bad?

Should you always hold stocks long term?

I took a risk investing in specific stocks that I believe in (CRISPR, CRSR) and now I'm down 40%. How long do you guys will hold a stock until it's time to let go at a loss? Do you ever sell at all? Or do you just keep it to the end?

I've learned my lesson in that I prefer to invest in index funds instead. But any advice? I'm 21 and the answers online are so mixed ! Please don't be mean .

Is filing an 8-K a death knell for a company?

I am not a stock person, nor do I pretend to be. I am slowly building my understanding of the stock market and am looking at trend data.

If a company has been losing value of their stock for years, then they file an 8-k does that mean they are about to go bankrupt?

Help with SEC Form 4 Data

Need help analyzing SEC Form 4 Data from secform4.com.
