PNC - cheap at current prices?

Economic gain from West falling

Not sure how to word this, so might sound blunt. The way the current world order viewes the west (Russia, Saudi and China) as well as other countries (Iran, Belarus, and so on) makes me doubt that the USA will be a world power for long (my opinion).
